I needed a replacement screen for a Pixel 9A and started looking around for a shop that could do it. I found this place, and from the start, the customer service was amazing! They didn’t have the screen available, so I had to order it and leave a deposit yesterday. I received a receipt for my purchase and came back today to get it fixed.

As soon as I walked into the store, I was treated with respect. The process was clearly explained to me, including how long the repair would take—only 45 minutes! I came back to pick up my phone, and it worked perfectly. The owner took the time to show me that it was charging and that the screen was fully responsive, which really showed that he stands behind his work. I brought a screen protector with me and asked if he could put it on after replacing the screen, and he happily did so.

While I was there, I also asked about my iPhone, which wasn’t charging properly. I assumed I’d need to replace the charging port and was prepared to hear that, but instead the owner told me it just needed a good cleaning a service he provided. It only took about 10 minutes, and omg, my iPhone looks brand new! Once again, he showed me the charging port and plugged it in to demonstrate that it was working properly. He even gave me a microfiber cloth and changed my screen protector for me.

Sammy replaced my screen & battery in less than 10 minutes while I waited. He's a very nice guy, honest & trustworthy, and I'm grateful to have in our neighborhood!
- update - I just went back for some more work, and again he did the work quickly and proficiently, for a totally fair price.

When you buy a new phone, you're sending all that money off to a giant corporation. When you get something repaired locally, you're keeping more of that money in your community, giving it to an independent shop owner who is more likely to in turn spend that money locally. Superb customer service, highly recommend. I broke my phone screen and also needed a battery replacement. Called on Monday to see if they could do it; they needed to order the parts since it's an old model. Parts came in on Wednesday morning and they contacted me right away to let me know. I came to the shop on Wednesday afternoon and 45 minutes later walked out with a fully repaired phone. Cleaned my speakers and charging port in like 10 min completely fixing my phone, also added a screen protector just because— I was told if anything goes wrong within the next couple months just bring it back and they’ll take care of it no charge. I brought in my ipad mini that had been water damaged with data retrieval as my main concern. The owner of the shop took great consideration of my main concern and was very careful with my item. He sent it to the lab, but it was eventually sent back to me because they weren’t able to retrieve my data. I think they would need a specific device they don’t have to retrieve data for my ipad issue (I’m not exactly sure about the process). I was told they can fix my ipad but then my data would be lost. I wasn’t charged for any of that. He then helped me find another place to try and get my data retrieved. I might’ve eventually just agreed to get my ipad fixed and thought I’d lose my data forever if I wasn’t given proper information. I’m glad I was provided with all the information and options that I need to know about. Very thankful to this place. I highly recommend it if you need your technology to be repaired!
